GBH is upping its efforts around employability and is creating a vocational school by establishing high-quality training programmes in order to respond to young people’s employment needs and the high demand for qualified employees. The Group is setting up its first motor-vehicle school in French Guiana. This sector is rapidly evolving towards hybrid and electric technologies.

The Adapted Military Service Regiment (RSMA), the Réunion Island Chamber of Trades and GBH are joining forces to launch the “Career Springboard” programme for the motor-vehicle mechanics sector (known as the "Tremplin Pour l'Emploi" locally). The three institutions have just signed an agreement, with all of the partners in attendance, to start the recruitment process. The 15 selected students will be offered a permanent job a GBH subsidiary, once they have successfully completed every stage of the training programme.
