France Travail Martinique (the Martinique branch of the French government agency responsible for supporting job seekers and employers) and its partners, GBH, the Martinique Industrial Promotion Association (AMPI), Missions Locales Sud and Centre, CAP EMPLOI, Contact-Entreprises, the Martinique Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCIM), the Mouvement des Entreprises de France (MEDEF) employer federation, the Chamber of Trades (CMA), the Management Jobs Association (APEC), the Confederation of Small and Medium-Sized Businesses (CPME), the French Overseas Départements Regional Union, the French Disabled Employment Promotion Association (Agepfiph), the Territorial Collectivity of Martinique (CTM) and the Martinique Prefecture are holding the 4th edition of the "Martinique for Jobs" job fair (known as "Martinique pour l'Emploi" locally) in 2024.

The Guadeloupe Local Education Authority and GBH are committed to working to bring together the worlds of national education and business. On Friday 12 July 2024, the Local Education Authority and GBH signed an agreement to help to get students into work and develop their knowledge of the job market. This partnership is built on joint efforts, which bring together the resources and expertise of both partners.

On Wednesday 26 June 2024, the French Food Banks Federation (Fédération Française des Banques Alimentaires - FFBA) and GBH renewed their partnership agreement signed in 2022 to help to respond to the growing demand for aid and replenish food stocks in Guadeloupe, Maritinique and Réunion Island.

Through this partnership, GBH and its Carrefour subsidiaries have distributed nearly 4.3 million meals to recipient non-profits in these three territories since 2019.

This is the first time that the food banks network has received such support in these overseas territories at the same time.

This scheme sets out to recruit and train 12 participants with no prior motor-vehicle qualifications, so that they can obtain a vocational diploma qualifying them as a motor-vehicle electromechanical technician (a "BAC Pro" qualification, equivalent to a Level 4 diploma in the European Qualifications Framework). After 17 months of continuous learning within the Adapted Military Service Regiment (RSMA), followed by a work-study course at a public education college (GRETA-CFA) and GBH’s motor-vehicle subsidiaries, participants who successfully complete the programme will get a permanent job at one of these subsidiaries in Guadeloupe.

For more than 20 years, GBH has been a partner of Lycée Marguerite Jauzelon, meaning that it has played an active role in the education of classe préparatoire aux grandes écoles students, who are preparing for competitive university admission exams. This year, eight well-deserving students have just received a scholarship to enable each of them to fully fund their internships in South Africa.
